The administrators of your company are asked: - What are the "responsibilities" that should be fulfilled as an administrator? - What are the "necessary things to fulfill those responsibilities"? Are these recognitions aligned? Our company aims to align these recognitions and develop individuals who can fulfill the responsibilities of administrators through: Team Action Learning-based Administrator Training = "Basic Supervisor Skills Enhancement Training" This "Basic Supervisor Skills Enhancement Training" is not about learning something in a one-time training session. With the concept of "updating the established norms for each administrator" and "unifying the established norms for all administrators," we focus on: 1. Learning and practicing the essential "thinking and action skills" necessary to "fulfill the responsibilities of an administrator." 2. Implementing what has been learned in practical work according to self-established goals. 3. Reflecting on the actions taken and the results → Sharing with team members for feedback → Updating actions. All participants will continue to repeat steps 1 to 3 over a certain period. Through this process, it is a practical training to update and unify the "norms = thinking and actions" of all administrators.
